Plan a calibration
By comparing your calibration weight with the standard, we determine the deviation from the standard. If your weight deviates (too light or too heavy), it can—if possible and upon request—be adjusted back to the correct weight within the tolerances.
Eegema B.V. calibrates calibration weights in classes M1, F2, F1, and E2. During the calibration process, your weights are precisely measured and tested against OIML standards. You will receive a certificate in accordance with NEN ISO 17025, including a measurement report and the designation of the OIML class.

The weights are tested for deviation according to the requirements of recommendation OIML R111-1, Weights of classes E1, E2, F1, F2, M1, M1-2, M2, M2-3 and M3 Part 1: Metrological and Technical Requirements. On page 12 (Table 1) of this recommendation, the maximum permissible deviations (MPE) for weights from 1 mg to 5000 kg are listed. A weight is rejected or adjusted if the measured deviation exceeds the MPE minus the measurement uncertainty.
Conformity statement and decision rule
What is OIML?
OIML stands for Organisation Internationale de Métrologie Légale. OIML is the internationally recognized standard. This standard defines the tolerances and classes for mass standards (calibration weights). In OIML R111-1 the tolerances are listed on page 12.
The ISO 17025 certification, which enables us to perform calibrations on calibration weights, ensures that all tested weights meet all applicable standards and regulations, and can therefore be used in a traceable way. Download scope Eegema B.V.
