Complaints Procedure

If you are not satisfied with one of our employees or with our services, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible. We take your feedback very seriously and, where appropriate, we will gladly work with you to find a suitable solution.

Eegema BV values satisfied clients and therefore continuously strives for the highest quality in our services. However, where work is done, mistakes can be made and misunderstandings may arise.

Complaints can often best be resolved through a good conversation (by phone or in person); therefore, we ask that you first contact us for a phone consultation about the issue or to schedule an appointment. If the complaint concerns a specific person, we prefer that you first try to resolve it directly with that person. If that does not work or if you have reasons not to do so, you can also contact Mr. J.H.M. Heezen at our office.

Resolving complaints by phone

Formal written complaint procedure

If your issue cannot be resolved through a conversation, or if you feel the complaint is not suitable for discussion, you may formally submit the complaint in writing. This can be done via the complaint form which you can download. The completed form can then be sent to us, attention Mr. J.H.M. Heezen (confidential). If the complaint concerns Mr. J.H.M. Heezen, you may address it to Mr. G.P. Heezen.

In accordance with professional regulations, all aspects of your complaint’s handling will be documented. Of course, the information will be treated with care and confidentiality. Finally, if you have a complaint and inform us, we greatly appreciate it. It provides us with opportunities to further improve our services. We will do our utmost to take measures aimed at minimizing the chance of recurrence. We trust in a continued good relationship and cooperation.

Complaints procedure

Kalibreren van uw ijkgewicht is het vaststellen van het juiste gewicht (massa). Door uw ijkgewicht te vergelijken met de standaard stellen we de afwijking ten opzichte van de standaard vast. Wijkt uw ijkgewicht af (te licht of te zwaar) dan kan uw ijkgewicht, indien mogelijk en zover gewenst, gejusteerd worden. Oftewel, terug op het juiste gewicht gebracht worden binnen de toleranties.
